Salary: £25,000 Basic | £52,000+ OTE (Uncapped) + Company Car

Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established used car dealership in Trafford to recruit an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in used vehicle sales within a modern dealership environment.

The Role

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Selling a range of quality used vehicles to retail customers.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale.
• Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner.
• Maintaining high standards across the showroom and vehicle displays.
• Working as part of a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction and continued success.

What's on Offer

• £25,000 basic salary
• Uncapped OTE of £52,000+
• Earnings based on both sales volume and profit per vehicle.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• One weekday off every week
• Every other weekend off

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a main dealership or used car environment.
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A confident, professional and personable approach.
• A highly motivated and target-driven attitude.
• The ability to build strong customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
• A full UK driving licence.
