Responsibilities

• Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload
• This will include advising on:
• Sales & purchases of leasehold & freehold property
• Remortgaging & transfer of equity
• Purchases of newly built property
• Equity Release
• Auction sales and purchases
• Lease Extensions
• Shared Ownership
• Right to Buy and similar schemes
• Liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers and surveyors
• Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
• Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility
• No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond. This firm have one eye on succession planning so senior lawyers will be considered

About You

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Comfortable meeting clients in person
• Strong client-care mindset; approachable and responsive
