Recruit are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Joiners to join our client team for a range of renovation projects across Oldham. This role involves a variety of joinery tasks across residential and commercial projects, including installation, repairs, and bespoke woodwork. The ideal candidate will take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. The Client has a long-term contract with Oldham Council for project management on their social housing scheme. Work Days Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm Pay CIS: Starting from £160 per day Key Responsibilities: * Carry out all aspects of joinery work including first fix, second fix, and finishing * Install doors, windows, staircases, kitchens, and fitted furniture * Undertake repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work * Read and interpret technical drawings and plans * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members professionally * Social Housing Requirements: * Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter * Multi-skilled background (e.g., basic plastering, tiling, or plumbing is advantageous) * Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site * A valid CSCS Blue Card is essential. * Own tools and transport * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Relevant qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent) What We Offer: * Ongoing work for the next few years * Opportunities to work with a supportive and experienced team. * A variety of renovation projects to keep things interesting. * Overtime Opportunities If you are a proactive, skilled Joiner with the required experience and qualifications, we want to hear from you
