Based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent, we are a fast-paced Sales and Marketing company representing established national non-profit organisations. What We're Looking For

• Full-time equivalent availability of 4–5 full working days per week, Monday to Saturday.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• No previous sales experience required.
• A confident, positive and proactive approach.
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK.

What You Can Expect

• Financial Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable when representing a client for a full day), plus commission and financial incentives. Earnings are settled weekly.
• Client Training & Upskilling: Client training from the start, alongside invitations to daily upskilling sessions covering communication, customer engagement and brand representation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers face-to-face through residential campaigns across Stoke-on-Trent.
• Representing established non-profit organisations and increasing brand awareness.
• Speaking with customers about client campaigns and supporting customer acquisition.
• Building positive connections and delivering a professional customer experience.
• Taking part in regular team briefings, client training and upskilling sessions.
