This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants looking to take the next step in their career, and an excellent opportunity for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking to gain valuable classroom experience, develop their teaching skills, and build confidence in delivering learning across a range of year groups. About the Role As an HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across the curriculum, deliver targeted interventions, work with small groups, and provide whole-class cover when required. You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
