Assistant Site Manager – Planned Maintenance * Location: London * Salary: Up to £45,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance Our client is a well-established, family-owned construction and property group with a strong presence across London and the South East. Established in 1998, they deliver residential, commercial, refurbishment and regeneration projects across both the public and private sectors. They are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a major cut-and-carve refurbishment project, converting an existing building into 60 residential units. The Role Working closely with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the site, with a particular focus on internal works, subcontractor coordination, quality and programme. Key responsibilities include * Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades * Monitoring progress and quality of internal works * Supporting site health & safety requirements * Coordinating materials, deliveries and site logistics * Assisting with snagging and handover * Working closely with the Site and Project Managers About You * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager * Background in residential refurbishment, fit-out or cut-and-carve * Good understanding of internal construction works * Strong organisational and communication skills * SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred Package * Up to £45,000 + £3,000 car allowance * This is a great opportunity to join an established contractor and gain further experience on a substantial 60-unit residential refurbishment project
