We're seeking a Senior Corporate Writer to play a key role in developing persuasive proposals, tender responses, presentations, and strategic sales documents that directly support business growth and success.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development of high-quality bids, tenders, proposals, presentations, and client submissions.
• Create compelling executive summaries, value propositions, case studies, and win themes.
• Transform complex information into clear, persuasive, client-focused content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather information and shape winning responses.
• Conduct research to strengthen proposal strategies and support business growth.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to tight deadlines.
• Review, edit, and improve content for quality, consistency, and impact.
• Maintain and develop content libraries, templates, and knowledge resources.
• Utilise proposal management and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Previous experience in proposal writing, bid writing, marketing communications, journalism, technical writing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Desirable

• APMP Foundation certification.
• Experience within professional services, consultancy, HR, relocation, or related sectors.
• Knowledge of proposal management platforms such as Loopio, Responsive, or Qvidian.
• Experience using AI tools to support content creation and productivity.
