Business Development Manager (Digital / Cyber Security) - Permanent Location: Stone (Staffordshire) | Salary: £65,000-£75,000 (DOE) + package A leading engineering and maintenance business is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive digital and cyber security opportunities, with a strong focus across gas transmission / regional networks and wider non-energy sectors. What you'll be doing Own end-to-end business development and sales for digital solutions (pipeline → quotation → close) Build and maintain strategic partnerships to grow adoption of digital / tech-based solutions Identify new market opportunities and feed insight into product / R&D direction Lead bid / proposal activity (including opportunity tracking and governance via CRM) Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners, and internal delivery teams Ensure work aligns to internal process, quality and compliance expectationsWhat we're looking for HNC (or equivalent) in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Business (or related) Track record in BD / sales leadership within a technology-led / digital environment Strong commercial acumen (margin, cashflow, customer satisfaction) Bid / proposal experience plus credible stakeholder management Confident with CRM and MS Office; willing to travel (incl. conferences / client meetings)Interested?
