We are seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to join an experienced team in Birmingham, managing the full property sales lifecycle from initial inquiry through to completion.

Key responsibilities (brief)

• Convert high-volume applicant enquiries into quality viewings across a diverse property portfolio.
• Secure maximum market value for vendors through expert offer negotiation and buyer qualification.
• Build long-term relationships with local property owners to generate continuous valuation leads.
• Cross-sell mortgage services, conveyancing, and survey solutions to maximize revenue per transaction.
• Drive transactions through to swift completion by proactively liaising with solicitors and surveyors.
• Conduct thorough market appraisals and win instructions in the branch manager's absence.

What will help you succeed

• Minimum 12 months proven track record in residential estate agency sales.
• Demonstrable history of consistently exceeding monthly instruction and fee targets.
• Deep familiarity with the Birmingham residential property market and local demographics.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Sharp negotiation skills paired with a consultative, client-focused approach.
