The Opportunity An established Scottish main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple building projects across Scotland. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to handover * Lead Site Managers, Project Managers and operational teams * Control programme, quality, health and safety and commercial performance * Oversee procurement, subcontractors and project resources * Work with commercial teams on costs, variations and profitability * Maintain client relationships and report to senior management * Support tender reviews and pre-construction activities Candidate Requirements * Proven Contracts Manager experience in main contracting or general building * Track record managing multiple building projects * Experience in commercial, industrial, residential or public-sector construction * Strong leadership, commercial and contractual knowledge * Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience * Full UK driving licence The Package Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience, with long-term opportunities in an established Scottish construction business
