We're looking for an energetic and proactive Talent & Early Careers Recruiter to take ownership of early careers recruitment programmes while supporting wider talent acquisition activity across the business.

The Role

As the Talent & Early Careers Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all hires, from attraction through to onboarding. You'll work closely with hiring managers, educational institutions and external partners to deliver innovative recruitment campaigns and ensure a first-class candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Screening applications, conducting interviews and coordinating assessment centres
• Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and market trends
• Creating talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives across recruitment activity
• Producing recruitment reports and analysing hiring data to identify trends and opportunities
• Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Supporting wider recruitment projects and talent acquisition initiatives as required
• Managing graduate, apprenticeship, internship and placement recruitment programmes
• Building relationships with universities, colleges, schools and training providers
• Attending careers fairs, networking events and employer branding activities
• Developing and delivering engaging attraction campaigns across social media and recruitment platforms

About You

We're looking for a recruiter who combines strong relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for talent development and early careers recruitment. This is a very hands-on recruitment role with the support of an administrator.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• An understanding of employer branding and attraction strategies
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends
• A proactive and creative approach to sourcing talent
