Duties will include: Repairs and maintenance within Domestic / Social Housing properties Call out rota (optional overtime) EICR Testing Remedial Work Consumer Unit ChangesExperience/Skills required: Recognized qualifications and certificates.(18th Edition and Gold Card / NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations) 2391 - Testing and Inspection (beneficial) Driving licence is essential.
