This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting colleagues, tackling complex technical queries and maintaining high standards, without the day-to-day responsibility of running their own files. 🏡 The Role Coach, mentor and support a team of residential Property Lawyers. Review conveyancing files, including new-build transactions. Carry out file audits, ensuring compliance and effective risk management. Provide technical guidance on complex conveyancing matters. Help improve processes, quality standards and overall team performance. 🔎 What We're Looking For Strong residential conveyancing experience, including new-build transactions. Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail. A confident communicator who enjoys helping others develop. A good understanding of compliance, regulation and risk management.
