Description

• Manage credit control activity to keep customer account information accurate and current.
• Review outstanding balances and follow up on payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear records of customer contact, payment updates and account queries.
• Investigate account discrepancies and work towards practical resolutions.
• Update finance records accurately to support reliable reporting.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and provide clear information on balances.
• Work with the Accounting & Finance department to resolve payment-related issues.

Profile

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

• Experience of credit control and managing outstanding customer balances.
• The ability to maintain accurate financial records and payment information.
• Confidence investigating account queries and discrepancies.
• A clear and professional approach to communicating with customers.
• Good attention to detail when updating finance systems and records.
• The ability to organise tasks effectively within a temporary Credit Controller role.

Job Offer

• Temporary Credit Controller contract in Derby (but can work from home)
• Hourly pay of £14 to £17, dependent on the level of experience.
