Lead Dental Nurse – Southampton / Hampshire Salary: £37,000–£38,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week Job Type: Permanent MBR Dental is recruiting a Lead Dental Nurse for a private dental practice in Southampton, Hampshire on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: * Chairside assistance and patient care. * Infection control and surgery preparation. * Leading, mentoring and supporting the nursing team. * Managing staff rotas, stock control and ordering. * Supporting CQC compliance and clinical audits. * Assisting the Practice Manager with daily operations. * Providing occasional reception cover. Requirements: * GDC registration and a valid DBS check. * Minimum two years’ UK dental nursing experience. * Strong leadership and organisational skills. * Dentally software experience preferred.
