Head of Advice – Wealth Management

Location: Central London

Salary: £120,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Our client is one of the UK's leading Chartered Wealth Management firms, with whom we have built a strong relationship spanning over 10 years, successfully placing nearly 40 professionals within the business during that time.

The firm has achieved impressive, sustained organic growth, more than tripling in size since we first began supporting its recruitment. As a result of this continued success, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Head of Advice to provide leadership, guidance and strategic support to their Financial Adviser team.

The team comprises Advisers at various stages of their careers, from established professionals managing in excess of £100m in assets under management (AUM) who require succession planning support, through to newly qualified Advisers looking for experienced mentorship and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished leader to join the business with a high degree of autonomy and make a meaningful impact on its continued growth and success.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a diverse team of Financial Advisers, supporting performance and professional growth.
  • Managing revenue growth and driving overall business performance.
  • Ensuring Advisers operate in accordance with the firm's terms and conditions, policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, identifying development needs and implementing tailored coaching plans.
  • Reviewing adviser pipelines and supporting the creation and delivery of effective business plans.
  • Improving lead generation, referral rates and conversion levels.
  • Supporting succession planning for established Advisers while developing the next generation of talent.

The opportunity

This is a high-profile position within the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Board. It offers the successful candidate the opportunity to influence strategy, enhance adviser performance and contribute directly to the firm's ongoing development.

If you are an experienced Wealth Management professional looking for a leadership role where you can make a genuine difference, develop talent and help shape the future of an established, growing business, this is an excellent opportunity to explore.

For further information or a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please contact Sam Negbenebor at Financial Divisions.
