Our client is seeking a dynamic Temporary Personal Assistant to join their team in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment!

• Contract Type: ongoing temporary position to start ASAP
• Hourly Rate: £20.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Location: Watford
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30-17:30 (30 minute lunch)
• Parking Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a VP and senior leadership team, including 3 Directors.
• Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy, timely approvals and resolution of any discrepancies.
• Manage employee expenses and support the wider finance administration process.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers regarding invoicing, payments and financial queries.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Support wider team administration, ensuring documentation and records are maintained accurately.
• Maintain positive and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a PA or EA role.
• Strong experience processing invoices, expenses, or supporting finance administration.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding support.
