My client is a fast-growing, established cybersecurity business with a distinctive product portfolio that is helping some of the world’s most regulated organisations stay ahead of threats.

With a huge, largely untapped market ahead, they are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own all direct enterprise opportunities across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Northern Europe, with scope to expand into further territories.

You will have great visibility of the senior leadership team, working and learning alongside them every day. You will be coached directly by an experienced CRO with a strong track record of scaling cyber security sales teams, in a business where the whole team rolls up its sleeves to help you win.

Location: Fully remote, UK-based – Ad hoc Travel required to meet customers face to face when needed plus quarterly team meetings.

Package: Negatable but circa £80,000 basic + £80,000 commission (£160,000 OTE, 50/50 split) with accelerators

AS ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Selling a portfolio of cyber security solutions into large and mid-sized enterprises, primarily in highly regulated sectors such as financial services, energy, retail and technology
• Engaging CISOs and senior stakeholders across security and IT operations teams
• Building your own pipeline through LinkedIn, email, cold calling and events
• Qualifying opportunities rigorously using MEDDPICC, so your time goes on the right deals
• Running full enterprise sales cycles (average cycle around six months)
• Forecasting accurately, knowing when deals will close and for how much
• Winning net new business and cross-selling new products into existing accounts
• Co-selling with channel partners and resellers across the territory
• Meeting prospects and customers face to face, and bringing the leadership team into deals early

THE IDEAL ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WILL HAVE:

• A proven track record closing net new and cross selling existing customer within enterprise deals in cyber security or wider IT security
• Experience in at least one previous enterprise sales role
• Strong relationships with, and credibility selling to, CISOs and security teams
• Disciplined qualification and forecasting
• No fear of prospecting and a creative approach to building pipeline any channel needed including LinkedIn, phone call and email.
• A stable career history with lasting success at previous employers
• A coachable, team-first mindset, comfortable asking for help and involving the wider business
• Experience of RFP and RFI processes would be an advantage
