Events Operations Executive

Location: Bromley, Greater London

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus evening work for webinars and weekend availability for events

Our client, a dynamic organisation in the property education sector, is seeking an Events Operations Executive to join their team in Bromley. As the Events Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a range of high-profile events. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop event themes and marketing strategies
• Managing budgets and ensuring events are delivered within financial parameters
• Liaising with vendors and suppliers to secure the necessary services and materials

• Overseeing on-site event operations to guarantee a seamless experience for attendees
• Gathering feedback post-events to assess success and identify areas for improvement

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• Proven experience in event planning or operations, preferably within the property or estate agency sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional events
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using event management software and tools
