Volume IVA Insolvency Practitioner

Appointment-Taking | Remote, Hybrid or Office-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time

If you are an experienced IVA Insolvency Practitioner who understands the pace, complexity and responsibility of a volume environment, this could be an excellent next move.

Our client is a leading company seeking an appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner to strengthen its established personal insolvency operation. The business offers flexibility over both working location and hours, making the opportunity suitable for candidates seeking a traditional office role, hybrid working or a fully remote position.

Full-time and part-time applications are equally welcome.

What You Will Be Doing

You will take formal appointments and maintain appropriate professional oversight of a volume IVA portfolio. Working closely with operational, compliance and senior management colleagues, you will ensure cases are handled to the required technical and regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking IVA appointments and accepting the associated professional responsibilities
  • Providing technical support on complex or sensitive cases
  • Reviewing case quality and identifying potential regulatory risks
  • Ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation and professional standards
  • Supporting and advising case administration teams
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and case progression
  • Assisting with the improvement of internal procedures and controls
  • Contributing to a positive compliance and customer-outcomes culture
  • Liaising with creditors and other interested parties where appropriate

What We Are Looking For

This vacancy requires a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with current or recent IVA appointment-taking experience.

You must have worked within a volume IVA business and understand the particular operational, regulatory and commercial challenges associated with this market. You should be confident making decisions, dealing with complex cases and providing practical technical advice to colleagues.

You will be organised, approachable and professionally robust, with the ability to balance regulatory responsibility, commercial considerations and customer outcomes.

What Is Available?

  • Full-time or part-time employment
  • Office-based, remote or hybrid working
  • A senior position with a leading company
  • The opportunity to influence quality and operational standards
  • A supportive and forward-looking working environment
