Production and Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a dedicated Production and Warehouse Operative to join our clients expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and is proficient in both production and warehousing tasks. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of activities from assembly line operations to warehouse management, ensuring efficiency and quality at all stages.

Day-to-day of the role:

Production:

• Operate on the assembly line as per the system-produced Manufacturing orders.
• Conduct 100% quality checks during the production process.
• Pick components as per the job sheet aligned with Manufacturing orders.
• Handle high-volume production efficiently.

Warehousing:

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
• Pick products according to ERP system-generated picking lists.
• Perform quality checks on picked parts prior to dispatch.
• Manage bookings of parts/deliveries and restock locations using electronic scanners.
• Load and pick parts for daily production needs.
• Handle loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Step in for the Warehouse Supervisor in their absence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work to daily production targets in a high-volume environment.
• Must hold a forklift licence and have relevant experience.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with ERP systems and stock management systems.
• Full training will be provided, welcoming candidates eager to learn and grow.
