Are you a Litigation Paralegal looking to develop your career with a well-established Oxfordshire law firm?

My client is expanding its Litigation team in Abingdon and is seeking an organised and proactive paralegal to support fee earners across a varied caseload, including Employment and Civil Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting legal correspondence, court forms, claims and pleadings
• Preparing court bundles and supporting hearings and mediations
• Managing client enquiries and providing case updates
• Maintaining case files and updating the case management system
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and diaries
• Assisting with billing, invoicing and general legal administration
• Supporting fee earners with case preparation and compliance requirements

About You

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Experience in Civil Litigation and/or Employment Law would be advantageous
• Strong drafting, organisational and client care skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive team player keen to develop their legal career
