REED Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a successful and fast-growing manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton.

This is an opportunity to become part of a company that continues to invest in its people, facilities and future. Having experienced significant growth in recent years, the business has expanded repeatedly to accommodate increasing demand and offers long-term stability, career security and a positive working environment.

If you're the type of welder who enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish, taking ownership of your work and producing high-quality fabrications, this role could be exactly what you're looking for.

The Role

Working from engineering drawings, you'll manufacture bespoke fabrications from raw materials through to finished products.

This isn't repetitive production welding. You'll be involved in every stage of the fabrication process, including material preparation, cutting, jig manufacture and welding, giving you real variety and ownership within your role.

You'll have your own dedicated work bay, with all tools and PPE provided.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong fabrication and welding skills.

  • Experience cutting and preparing materials.

  • Ability to manufacture and utilise jigs and fixtures.

  • Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Hours & Flexibility

  • Standard hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Factory operating hours: 6:00am until 5:00pm

  • Flexibility available for those preferring a later start and finish time
