cer Financial are working alongside an international bank, who are based in Birmingham. They are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to work with them on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities will include:

• Apply the Balanced Scorecard across Customer, Colleague, Control and Commercial objectives.
• Coach and train RM/RSOs to achieve KPIs.
• Support Quality Assurance and Credit Committee presentations.
• Maintain effective diary management.
• Manage branch portfolios in line with TCF guidelines.
• Build client relationships and manage appointments.
• Generate Trade, FX and Sirat referrals.
• Achieve account opening targets.
• Achieve branch lending and deposit growth targets.
• Negotiate client proposals and submit them to Credit and Account Opening teams.
• Deliver lending disbursements in line with targets.
• Manage credit renewals within bank policy and deadlines.
• Ensure branch compliance entries and transactions are monitored in line with bank policy.

The successful candidate:

• Minimum 5 years’ UK banking and sales team management experience.
• Inspirational leadership and ability to drive change.
• Strong business development, sales and relationship management skills.
• Lending experience and knowledge of UK banking products, procedures and legislation.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge and practical application of AML, TCF and compliance requirements.
• Strategic planning and sales management to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs.
