Conveyancer – Leeds

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an established firm who is continuing to grow its Residential Conveyancing Department and is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Conveyancer to become part of its friendly and supportive team.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• A small number of new build transactions

In addition to a competitive basic salary, the firm offers an uncapped completions bonus, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your overall earnings.

There may also be an additional bonus available for candidates who can bring their own referral contacts to the firm.

You will ideally have circa 2+ years’ fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing with experience managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
