Account Manager – Hard FM Location: London – Multi-Site Commercial Portfolio Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Benefits Hours: Monday – Friday Contract: Permanent About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to oversee a prestigious portfolio of commercial properties across London. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for contract performance, financial management, operational delivery and client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the delivery of Hard FM and M&E maintenance services across a multi-site commercial portfolio. * Manage Contract Managers, Technical Managers, engineering teams and specialist subcontractors. * Take full responsibility for contract P&L, financial performance, budgeting and forecasting. * Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs, statutory compliance and health & safety standards are consistently achieved. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders. * Identify opportunities for additional works, contract growth and service improvements. * Lead contract reviews, performance meetings and strategic operational planning. Requirements * Proven experience as an Account Manager, Senior Contract Manager or similar within Facilities Management. * Strong background in Hard FM, M&E and commercial building services. * Demonstrable experience managing large contracts, budgets and P&L. * Previous experience overseeing multiple sites and management teams. * Excellent commercial awareness, leadership and client relationship skills
