Senior Surveyor / Associate Director, Retail Lease Advisory Location: Central London (West End) Salary: £[XX,000] to £[XX,000] + bonus + benefits Type: Permanent, full time The opportunity A leading international property consultancy is looking for a Retail Lease Advisory surveyor to join its UK Retail team in the West End. You will advise landlord and occupier clients on Central London retail and prime high streets across the UK's top towns and cities. The role * Advise on lease renewals, re-gears and rent reviews * Support clients with portfolio strategy and lease restructuring, including turnover rent deals * Advise on CVA and restructuring plan situations, surrenders, assignments and sublettings * Manage a varied caseload for institutional landlords and well-known retail occupiers * Build client relationships and support business development * Help mentor and train APC candidates About you * MRICS, ideally qualified 2016 to 2020 * 5 to 9 years in retail lease advisory, retail agency or retail asset management * Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgement * Clear, concise reporting and a confident client-facing style * Central London retail experience preferred * Landlord and occupier exposure a plus What's on offer * Prominent client base and a broad, high-profile retail portfolio * Clear path to Director * Collaborative team and APC support * Competitive package and hybrid working
