An established and highly respected legal practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with 3+ years' PQE to join its successful Commercial Property team in Bristol. You will manage your own varied commercial property caseload and advise a diverse client base on matters including:
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Commercial leases, agreements for lease and licences
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Development and regeneration projects
Property finance and secured lending transactions
Title investigations and reporting
Business asset sales and purchases
Overage, option and conditional agreements
To be Successful, you will have:
3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
Experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions independently
Strong technical knowledge of acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and collaborative mindset
