Your Role as a Senior Sales Negotiator

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, negotiating successful property sales and helping drive the overall performance of the branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating offers and agreeing property sales, maximising opportunities for both vendors and buyers
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the branch
• Booking and conducting property valuations and viewings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and potential clients
• Proactively progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience
• Maximising opportunities to introduce customers to our in-branch Mortgage Services team
• Working towards individual and branch sales targets to achieve business objectives

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To succeed as a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience working as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
• A proven track record of negotiating property sales and achieving targets
• Strong communication, relationship-building and customer service skills
• The ability to generate new business and identify opportunities to maximise revenue
• A confident, proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent organisation, numeracy and attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, internet and email systems
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
