Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Are you a creative Graphic Designer who loves bringing brands to life?

We're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team within a fast-paced, established FMCG business in Trafford Park.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys variety, getting stuck into projects and seeing their work go from an initial idea through to finished artwork. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands, creating everything from packaging and point-of-sale materials to digital campaigns and social media content.

No two days will be quite the same. One day you could be developing packaging artwork, the next adapting a campaign for a retailer, creating exhibition graphics or preparing files for print.

The Role

You'll be involved in the full creative process, working closely with designers, brand teams and colleagues across the business to deliver high-quality, consistent and technically accurate artwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing creative concepts and design solutions across a varied portfolio of FMCG brands.
• Taking projects from initial brief through to final artwork and production.
• Designing and adapting packaging, point-of-sale materials, brochures and promotional materials.
• Creating digital assets, social media content, website graphics, email campaigns and presentations.
• Adapting existing artwork across different formats, sizes and channels.
• Supporting packaging development, including artwork updates, amendments and final print-ready files.
• Preparing artwork for print and liaising with printers, suppliers and production teams where required.
• Retouching photography and creating product visuals, with opportunities to explore 3D renders and motion graphics.
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Ensuring all creative work meets brand guidelines, artwork specifications and production requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from designers who enjoy working across different brands and projects and can balance creativity with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Around three or more years' experience in a graphic design role, preferably within FMCG or packaging.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience in packaging design and artwork production.
• A good understanding of print processes, artwork specifications and preparing files for production.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills.
• Experience creating artwork for a range of print and digital formats.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute ideas, ask questions and take feedback on board.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience with 3D design software, such as Blender or Dimension, or an interest in motion graphics and animation, would be an added bonus.
