Crude Oil Trader - Geneva

Our client, a leading multi-strategy hedge fund, is looking to add an experienced Crude Oil Trader to our client's team in Geneva. This is a permanent role for a front-office professional with a proven ability to run P&L and risk in the commodities space, focusing on crude oil and related products. You will join a high-calibre trading environment with the mandate to deploy and enhance systematic, data-driven trading strategies across oil markets.

Key Skills & Experience

• Commodities / Commodities Products: Deep understanding of physical and paper commodities markets, particularly energy, to identify, structure and execute profitable trades.
• Crude Oil / Oil: Hands-on trading experience in crude benchmarks and refined products, with insight into supply/demand, term structure, and market microstructure.
• Trading / Portfolio Manager: Track record of managing a risk book and P&L, making independent trading decisions, and optimising exposures within defined risk parameters.
• Location - Geneva / London: Familiarity with major trading hubs and global market participants, adding value through local knowledge and international connectivity.
