About the Company:

Our client is an established financial services business with a dedicated Employee Benefits team, supporting corporate clients with a comprehensive range of employee benefits solutions.

Due to an upcoming maternity leave within the team, they are looking to recruit an additional team member to join later this year or in early January. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing Employee Benefits experience, or an individual with relevant financial services or insurer administration experience looking to develop their career within this specialist area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting corporate clients with the administration of a range of employee benefits arrangements.
  • Assisting with Group Pension schemes and associated administration.
  • Supporting Group Risk arrangements, including Group Life, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness.
  • Assisting with other employee benefits, including Cash Plans.
  • Supporting Individual Protection arrangements, including Key Person cover, Life Insurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness.
  • Liaising with insurers, corporate clients and internal colleagues.
  • Providing an efficient and professional service to clients.
  • Developing knowledge across the wider Employee Benefits offering.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within Employee Benefits, ideally covering both Group Pensions and Group Risk.
  • Alternatively, experience within an insurer administration or financial services administration role with transferable skills.
  • A genuine interest in developing knowledge across Group Pensions and Group Risk.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience administering Group Pension schemes.
  • Knowledge of Group Risk products, including Group Life, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness.
  • Experience with Cash Plans and Individual Protection products.
  • Previous experience liaising with employee benefits providers and insurers.
  • Relevant financial services qualifications or a willingness to work towards them.
