REED Business Support in Bath is seeking a Temporary Receptionist / Front of House professional to work for one of our loyal businesses.

TEMPORARY 2 DAY COVER ONLY:

Christmas Day & Boxing Day

Hours: 9.30am – 6pm

Location: Bath

Typical duties include:

• Basic front of house / reception duties
• Managing a business email inbox
• Manning ‘phones, taking messages and relaying them
• Managing any emergencies and keeping an eye on the ‘out of hours’ phone line
• Doing any walk arounds of the building that are required by the tenants
• Providing a first class customer service to all customers

Ideally, you will have:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience of working in administration
• Front of house skills
