Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: £30,000 + Commission OTE £50,000 - £55,000 + £300 Car allowance (Parking Provided)

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm Sat Rota 9am-3pm 5 Day week

Full driving Licence & car required

Our client is an East London-based property company with over 10 years’ experience in residential property sales and purchases. The company specialises in sales, lettings and property development, with a strong presence in premium locations such as Canary Wharf, Canning Town and Beckton. They pride themselves on providing expert property advice, tailored services and a customer-focused approach to help clients maximise their property investments.

They are now seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales activities, develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing sales performance and supporting the company’s continued growth within London’s competitive property market.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills, alongside a proven ability to meet sales targets and motivate a team. They should possess strong commercial awareness, a proactive approach to generating new business and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, strong organisational skills, confidence in managing multiple priorities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Duties:

• Generating new property listings and instructions from sellers.
• Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals.
• Developing strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Building relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, and investors.
• Identifying new business opportunities and local market trends.
• Managing and motivating negotiators and sales staff.
• Setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in residential property Sales.
• Strong track record in listing and winning instructions.
• Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding our team
• Relationship building skills
• A keen drive for securing new business
• Ideally, a strong knowledge of the East London property market, particularly Canary Wharf and the surrounding areas.
