Partner Recruiting Specialist
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hybrid Working: 3 days office / 2 days home
Hours: 9am-5pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner Recruiting Specialist or Senior Partner Recruiting Specialist to join a prestigious international law firm based in the heart of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a highly regarded, collaborative team, supporting senior-level recruitment across the firm's global offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lateral Partner and Counsel recruitment process across international offices.

• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

• Manage candidate applications, submissions and agency introductions.

• Prepare interview documentation, candidate reports and due diligence materials for senior stakeholders.

• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic Partner hiring decisions.

• Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics, working closely with Partners and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking systems and pipeline reports.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

About You

• Previous recruitment experience within professional services, ideally a law firm.

• Experience supporting senior-level or Partner recruitment would be advantageous.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and accuracy.

• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.

• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
