We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven National Account Manager to take ownership of Ocado and Major European Online Retailer

Description

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing the relationship with Ocado and European Major Online Retailer
• Full customer P&L ownership, driving profitable growth across revenue, spend and margin.
• Leading negotiations, annual planning and commercial reviews.
• Developing pricing, promotional and trade plans, with a strong focus on ROI.
• Using customer, category, EPOS and commercial data to identify opportunities and shape recommendations.
• Increasing distribution, range and online visibility.
• Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Product, Supply Chain and wider commercial teams.

Profile

We're looking for someone who can bring:

• 5+ years' FMCG account management experience, including at least 2 years within eCommerce.
• Experience managing strategic customers, eCommerce accounts or business development opportunities.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence managing P&Ls, budgets and ROI.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• A data-led approach with the ability to turn insight into commercial action.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to operate in areas where there isn't always an established route or process.
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to bring multiple stakeholders together
