Electrical Maintenance Engineer - CHP & Energy Centre Location - Woking - Surrey Based Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have a superb opportunity for an experienced Operations and Maintenance Electrician to join one of our clients who are a leading provider of services to the CHP (Combined Heat and Power), Power Generation and District Energy sector. What's on Offer Basic Salary up to £40k-£42k (subject to experience) Additional overtime / call out - potential of £4k-£5k extra 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + option for additional holiday purchase Private medical insurance and life assurance Pension up to 6% Cycle to work schemes, parking permit schemes and others Job Summary Site / static based in Woking Working as an Electrician, you'll be responsible for the operation, maintenance, inspection, testing and repair of electrical systems and plant equipment. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responding to reactive breakdowns and faults. Installing, testing and certifying new electrical installations. Inspecting and testing existing low voltage electrical systems. Working within the District Energy sector and working with electrical distribution, SCADA, PLC control systems and BMS. Fully Employed - Monday to Friday - 40hrs - 7:30am-4pm as standard What We Are Looking For NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or recognised electrical apprenticeship City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations) City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) Low Voltage experience - preferred Ideally previous experience with electrical installations, switchgear and control gear Electrical Building Services / FM background also considered Alecto Recruitment Limited is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
