Accounts Administrator - West Bromwich - Home improvement business - £25k - £30k

A housing improvement company who work in the residential sector in West Bromwich are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator

You will work as part of a small team and your key tasks will include:

Accounts Payable

Invoice processing.

Invoice matching to purchase orders raised by a bespoke system.

Statement and bank reconciliations.

Sending out copy invoices.

Sales ledger and credit control.

Escalating any queries/anomalies.

Dealing with initial phone calls and directing accordingly

Data Input

You should have previous accounts experience and be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly. You will have excellent levels of accuracy, numeracy and organisation skills.
