This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, a good telephone manner and confidence using IT systems. The RoleAs a Customer Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and providing a professional and efficient service. You will communicate with customers by telephone and use computer systems to accurately record and update information. Key Requirements Previous customer service experience Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with customers Good attention to detail and accurate data entry Ability to work effectively in a busy environment Flexible approach to working hours and business requirements Must be available to work any 5 days out of 7 Weekend working will be required Flexibility to work early, middle and late shifts Working HoursThe operation runs from 06:00 to 22:00, so shift work will be required. You will work 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7.
