People & Culture Partner - 12 month Fixed-Term Contract
Northamptonshire | Hybrid - three days on site, two from home
12 months’ cover plus handover periods at both ends

Are you an experienced HR Advisor or People Partner who enjoys working closely with managers and taking ownership of operational HR?

Resourcing4HR is supporting a leisure and hospitality business with the appointment of a People & Culture Partner. You will support a dedicated resort and hotel operation, working alongside an established wider People & Culture team.

This is a practical generalist role with plenty of stakeholder contact. You will be the trusted point of contact for managers and employees, handling employee relations, coaching managers and helping embed consistent people practices across the operation.

The role

Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will:

• Provide advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Coach managers on performance, conflict resolution and people management.
• Build strong working relationships, confidently challenging decisions and offering practical solutions.
• Ensure policies and processes are understood and applied consistently.
• Work with recruitment and resourcing colleagues to support attraction, induction and retention.
• Support employee engagement, performance management and wider People & Culture initiatives.
• Use people data to identify issues and recommend improvements.

About you

You will bring experience at HR Advisor or People Partner level, with a strong operational generalist background and confidence managing complex ER cases independently.

You will have sound knowledge of UK employment law and be comfortable advising managers, influencing decisions and following through on agreed actions. An approachable manner is essential, alongside the confidence to hold your ground when needed.

Hospitality, hotel or leisure experience would be particularly useful, although we welcome candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate relevant experience in a busy commercial environment.
