About the Role Are you a Senior Kitchen or Bathroom Designer or Showroom Manager looking for your next career move? Our client is looking for a hands-on Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day office and back-office operations of their established kitchen and bathroom business in Cheshire. You will manage a team of three, consisting of two warehouse operatives and one customer service representative, while overseeing customer orders, supplier relationships, product development and order processing. This role would suit someone with a strong background in kitchen and bathroom design or showroom management who understands the technical side of the industry and is ready to take on greater responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily running of the office and back-office operations. Manage and support a team of three, including two warehouse operatives and one customer service representative. Oversee customer orders, order processing and placing orders with suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams. Provide technical product knowledge and support with kitchen and bathroom specifications. Work with suppliers on product development, new product ranges and product information. Resolve product, delivery and ordering issues efficiently. Handle customer queries and ensure a high standard of customer service. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure stock, deliveries and orders are managed effectively. Monitor order progress and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. Identify opportunities to improve office procedures, systems and operational efficiency. Work closely with management across both sites to ensure consistent processes and communication. Requirements / Skills: Experience as a Senior Kitchen or Bathroom Designer, Showroom Manager, Office Manager or in a similar role within the KBB industry. Strong technical understanding of kitchen and bathroom products, specifications and components. An excellent eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Experience working with suppliers, managing orders and resolving customer queries. An understanding of product development and supplier relationships. Experience managing or supervising a team. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities. Good IT skills and experience using order processing or stock management systems.
