Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of customer service for Clients.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely production.
• Coordinate delivery of goods.
• Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records using business software systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Proficient user of Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
