Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a role where you can combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership? We're recruiting for a Facilities Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance and infrastructure across two manufacturing sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient and compliant working environment while driving continuous improvement and supporting operational performance. Key Responsibilities * Lead facilities and maintenance operations across both sites. * Manage and develop the Facilities team. * Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. * Manage site infrastructure, utilities and facilities projects. * Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. * Control maintenance budgets and monitor contractor performance. * Act as the primary facilities contact for internal stakeholders. * Support audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives. About You * Proven Facilities Management experience within a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, TPM and statutory compliance. * Experience managing contractors, projects and maintenance budgets. * Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach. * Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. * Confident communicating with senior leadership teams. * Experience within aerospace or another regulated manufacturing sector is advantageous. * Flexible to travel between sites as required.
