At Sphere Recruitment, we're partnering with a high-performing independent digital agency looking to hire an experienced Biddable Manager to take ownership of paid search activity whilst helping to shape broader paid media strategy across key retail and ecommerce clients. This role is heavily focused on PPC with exposure to Paid Social and offers the opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders and major consumer brands.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of biddable campaigns, from strategy and planning through to implementation, optimisation and reporting.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with client leadership and wants to play a key role in driving growth across multiple accounts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning paid search activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Planning, building and optimising Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns.
• Managing budgets, pacing and performance against revenue and traffic targets.
• Developing forecasting models and performance projections.
• Delivering actionable insights through regular analysis and reporting.
• Leading client meetings, weekly performance calls and QBRs.
• Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Supporting paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Managing media plans, reporting documents and campaign documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' hands-on Paid Search and paid Social experience.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing Shopping and Performance Max campaigns at scale.
• Confident using Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre and advanced reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets capabilities, including dashboard creation.
• Experience working with feeds, scripts and automation.
• Previous management of annual media budgets exceeding £1m.
• Retail and ecommerce sector experience is essential. Fashion, luxury or lifestyle exposure would be highly advantageous.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for performance marketing and emerging platform developments.
