Thisisacross-siterole,andthesuccessfulcandidatewillworkacrossbothHarrisAcademyClaphamandHarrisClaphamSixthForm, supporting the data management and reporting functions of both sites.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing academy data systems, including Bromcom, Power BI, ParentPay and other MIS platforms
• Providing strategic oversight of data to support operational performance and informed decision-making
• Managing academy timetables, including schedule changes, issue resolution and set movements
• Coordinating statutory census returns and ensuring the accurate submission of student and workforce data
• Producing and overseeing behaviour, attendance and performance reporting for academy leaders
• Managing parental reporting systems and ensuring information is accurate, secure and accessible
• Acting as the academy’s data systems expert, providing training, guidance and support to staff
• Maintaining and analysing student data, including attainment, targets and Pupil Premium information
• Coordinating year-end processes, student transitions and statutory data validation exercises
• Ensuring data accuracy, compliance and effective use across the academy
