No previous recruitment experience is required. If you can build relationships, pick up the phone, handle objections and close a deal, we'll teach you the recruitment side.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop both your sales and recruitment skills while building your own client and candidate network.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Business development and generating new clients

• Making outbound sales calls

• Headhunting candidates
• Meeting candidates and clients
• Negotiating salaries
