We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Events Operations Assistant to join a busy events team in London on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused Events Assistant who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure multiple events run smoothly. You'll provide essential operational and administrative support across a range of events, keeping everything organised, accurate and on track.

• Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple events
• Maintaining accurate event records, databases and spreadsheets
• Coordinating event information, documentation and schedules
• Managing catering requirements
• Assisting with attendee and guest administration
• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Managing emails and responding to event-related queries
• Preparing documents, reports and event materials
• Updating systems and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Supporting the wider events team with general operational tasks
• Managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Office
• A clear and professional communicator
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
• Calm and organised in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Previous events is desirable
