ERP Application Analyst (Oracle Financials) - Southampton

A well-established organisation is seeking an ERP Application Analyst to support and enhance its enterprise applications landscape, with a particular focus on Oracle Financials.

Working closely with finance and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining system performance, resolving application issues, gathering business requirements, coordinating testing activities, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle ERP applications.
• Investigate and resolve application and user issues.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and projects.
• Coordinate and execute UAT and testing activities.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver improvements.

Experience Required

• Previous experience supporting Oracle ERP or Oracle Financials environments.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and change management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
