This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to build a rewarding career within one of the UK's leading property services groups. Working closely with our Estate Agency team, you'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice to customers generated through our busy branch network, while building strong relationships and developing your own business.

The Role

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll:

• Build strong relationships with our Estate Agency colleagues
• Make the most of referral opportunities and generate new business
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
• Guide customers through the mortgage journey from application to completion
• Build and manage your own pipeline of business
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving business and compliance objectives
• Work as part of a successful branch team, contributing to the overall success of the business

What We're Looking For

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor is preferred
• A proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to succeed
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
