Location: Central London (Zones 1-6)

Salary: £41,000 Basic + Overtime Available

Travel Card: Zones 1-6 Included

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Call-Out: 1 in 10 Weeks

Foot Mobile Engineer | Building Services & Maintenance

Are you an experienced Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in Central London?

We are currently seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing and well-established building services maintenance provider, covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy and working within a professional commercial environment.

The Role

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites, ensuring all building services systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Duties Will Include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building services plant
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
• AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated HVAC equipment
• Lighting and emergency lighting maintenance
• Small electrical works and installations
• Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Water hygiene and compliance checks
• Attending reactive maintenance calls
• Completing service reports and compliance paperwork
• Liaising with clients and site representatives
• Supporting subcontractors where required
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Experience working within commercial building maintenance
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

£41,000 Basic Salary
